LOCATION AND NEIGHBORHOODSituated on Nationwide Boulevard in downtown Columbus. Arena District, The Buggyworks benefits from the significant investment that surrounds it. Further, all neighboring development represents the best of class whether office, residential, entertainment venues or open space and infrastructure.A great deal has happened since our initial 68 lofts were offered in 2004. The Arena District east of Neil has continued to mature and grow. Over 1,500,000 sf of commercial space has been built and leased in the past eight years and there is more to come. And west of Neil, in our corner of The Arena District, over $100,000,000 of improvements have recently been started and will be complete by the spring of 2009.
